Let's get a great workout in! All from the comfort of your home!!
Strengthen, tone, sculpt and stretch! You're in for a treat with this low impact, high intensity and ultimately effective workout.
All you'll need is:
- A yoga mat (substitue large bath towel)
- 1 to 3 pound hand weights (substitute water bottles or canned goods)
- Yoga/pilates socks/sticky socks (substitute barre feet)
- Yoga/pilates ball (substitute small throw pillow or kids playground ball)
- Exercise Discs/Sliders (substitute paper plates, folded paper towels, or small hand towels)
And of course, WATER, WATER, WATER! (It's important to stay hydrated.)
